Joe Biden’s presidential inauguration will be like no other. Here’s how to watch and listen in

Joe Biden will be sworn in as the 46th president of the United States on Wednesday under a pledge to “heal” the country as it grapples with an ongoing pandemic, economic uncertainty and deep political divisions.

Extra security measures will be in place following the violence that erupted at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6 as rioters sought to stop Congress from certifying the president-elect’s win over Donald Trump. Attendance will be further limited due to the COVID-19 crisis, which has killed 400,000 Americans.

CBC News will have comprehensive coverage before, during and after the official swearing-in of Biden and vice-president-elect Kamala Harris at noon ET. Here’s how to tune in.
